• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  
  

• Non-returnable items include personalized goods, perishable items, and clearance sales.
  
  

How to Return

2. Follow return instructions provided by our team.
   
   

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
   
   

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  
  

Damaged or Defective Items
